Stephanie Gronvall, Director of Marketing, approached Image 4 to help design a sales development program from the ground up.
Working with the Cirtronics team, Image 4 helped identify shows with prospects aligned to Cirtronics manufacturing strengths. We then dove deep into the company's successes and helped build a strong value presentation which was turned into positioning, digital and print messaging, and display graphics for the newly-designed trade show exhibit.
Image 4 designers created corporate iconography and developed a series of pre-show emails with specific language for each of three target project influencers. At-show incentives helped attract the right visitors, and pre-scheduled appointments with Cirtronics product engineers helped uncover specific project opportunities at the show.
Contact info was ported to Image 4's Event Suite platform for immediate technical document fulfillment via emailed PDF. Prospects were favorably impressed with the breadth of information and the timely delivery. Cirtronics sales staff and inside sales engineers reported a measurable increase in RFQ's, initial design conversations, and engineering specification projects.
In three years, Cirtronics has added 50% in gross revenue.
Health Dialog. Medical Software and Data analysis firm Health Dialog competes as a disruptor in a rapidly-growing, well-funded industry. Rosa Randazzo, V.P of Marketing has decided to exhibit with a different, unique rental exhibit at the past 4 AHIP conferences, as their product and market strategy has evolved.
The custom designed rental program stretches Health Dialog’s marketing budget, delivers the appropriate market presence, and customizes the evolving market message at each event, while the white glove service package allows staffers to focus on developing market awareness and sales rather than on trade show logistics.
CASA Systems. Boston area IT Systems manufacturer CASA Systems needed a rapid, cost-effective, and high-end exhibit design project to deploy at their major industry conference. CASA chose to purchase the exhibit as part of a ten-year investment in high-visibility marketing.
Image 4 designed, fabricated, implemented graphics and technology presentation for this complex 40 x 60 exhibit environment. CASA and Image 4 staff installed the exhibit in Denver over three days – integrating a full server/network/monitor/IT suite, air conditioned conference rooms, demo stations and high visibility structure.
When the show ended, Image 4 packed the exhibit and along with other client exhibit assets entered them into our storage system. Cleaning and light refurbishment makes the exhibit “Release-Ready" for future marketing and sales events.
Bradford Networks. Bradford Networks develops sales through a national staff of reps and a series of trade shows, small meetings and “lunch and learns".
Given the challenge of handling up to 24 marketing assets each month, Bradford came to Image 4 for help. Using the Asset Management module of our Event Suite Software, we inventoried assets, set minimum replenishment levels and created a matrix of content, hardware and show requirements. The platform allowed Bradford to easily program the right display and documents for each event online and ship them to the responsible rep.
The software automatically alerts when items are out-of-stock or assets are not returned and integrates shipping and call-tag tracking for logistical simplicity. Result: Bradford uses assets 2-3 times more often which requires a smaller inventory and saves money.
